Living my entire life and raising my children in Northern Virginia has given me an in-depth understanding of the diverse and ever-growing dynamics of this area, top notch school districts, commuting possibilities and the opportunities each community offers. We are a family of First Responders and I thoroughly understand their needs and work seamless with the lifestyle. I support First Responders and will do everything I can to make buying or selling a stress free experience. I am knowledgable in areas ranging from Colonial Beach to Lake Anna to Arlington out to Front Royal. I have been a fitness Instructor for 30 years and I am very involved in our communities. My passion is people. Dedicating 15 years in the social work field I developed a compassion for families and love to see the happiness that comes from a successful home sale or purchase. I provide continuous marketing beginning before your property even becomes active in the MLS until the day your home goes under contract. I create a web site promoting your home, custom brochures, property flyers, a landing page, and a virtual tour all designed specifically for your home to highlight its best features. Advanced marketing exposure leads more buyers into your home. I’ll not only use traditional methods of marketing your property, but will also offer a multi-faceted approach including social media, print advertising, and neighborhood outreach to find the perfect buyer. Once on the market, you will receive regular updates from me informing you of any and all activity and interest on your listing. I will make myself available for all private showings for your property as well as conduct Open House events until your property is sold.
